Saturday, October 24 was our first Halloween Flash Day at Off Grid Tattoo here in Ellijay — $100 flash tattoos, palm-sized line work and black & grey, 30 designs on the sheets, walk-ins all day. Ellijay showed up: 7 flash tattoos and 3 piercings before the chairs went quiet.
The free one went to the crow
Every customer that day went on the sign-in sheet, and one name got drawn at close for a free piece. Abigail took it home with the crow-and-moon on her forearm — hers was on us.
A date worth repeating: 02.17.18
DeLayna and Davey came in with their group, and their picks told a story. Both got the same fine-line mountain range with the date 02.17.18 underneath — his version under a small sun on the arm, hers under a crescent moon and stars on the calf. Same mountains, same date, two skies.
DeLayna also left with a heart wrapped in tribal-style points around her ankle, and the group added a pair of interlocking hearts with names in script. Her review of the day, sent in with the photos: “Everyone has raved about their experience today and how awesome these all look. Thanks again!!”
And because this is Georgia, the day also included a bold Georgia “G” on a forearm.

The 30 flash designs live at the shop now, so if one of them has been sitting in your head, it can still be yours. James is the only artist here — a one-man shop, tattooing since 1998 — so spots are his calendar and they go by booking.
